Payment Policy
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, or Discover with verifiable address. Some credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder's address. We also accept checks, cashier's checks or money orders made payable to Sunshine Car Audio. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping. Please, do not send cash.
IMPORTANT: For your protection, we sometimes need to verify information retained by the bank that issued your credit card. Validating this information could delay your order up to 2 business days. If you are shipping to an alternate address, please call the bank that issued the card and list that address on their records. This can help expedite the verification process on your order. We appreciate your order and value your business. Thanks for your understanding. We apologize but we cannot accept credit card payments issued by foreign banks.
Shipping Policy
Sunshine Car Audio is committed to getting your order safely to you as fast as possible and at minimum cost. We ship to all 48 Contiguous United States! Most all shipments will be shipped UPS.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Three Day Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) MST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Please note:
- All orders require 2 - 3 business days of processing time prior to shipping.
- Sunshine Car Audio does not process orders during the weekend.
- Sunshine Car Audio does not guarantee same day shipping.
- Shipping rates may increase for items that are considered by the carrier as oversized, overweight, or require special handling of any kind.
Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Sunshine Car Audio you may return the merchandise within Thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Special Orders, Closeout, special sale items and "as is or clearance" items cannot be returned.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Authorization Number for any warranty product please call us at 719-633-4003, or you can fax us at 719-633-2679. In the first 30 days returns can be for replacement, refund, or merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the Sunshine Car Audio invoice must be included with all returns and will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Merchandise must be in "new" or "like-new" condition. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less any restocking fee). If no invoice/receipt is included with the return, Sunshine Car Audio will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of sale, whichever is lower. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us.
Sunshine Car Audio does not accept returns after 30 days, however defective items may be returned to the warranty provider. All NEW merchandise comes with a manufacturer warranty. The warranty period on each product varies depending on the manufacturer. The warranty information is included in the package.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for purchases made with a Gift Certificate. If a refund is given, a Refund check(s) will be processed and mailed after approximately 14 working days. The Refund Check will be issued ONLY to the Name on the original invoice and mailed to the address on the original invoice. Sunshine Car Audio is not responsible for Names and/or Address that are incorrect on the original invoice. If you want the Refund Check mailed to a different address Sunshine Car Audio MUST receive the request in writing at the time the refund is requested.
We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.
